Assignment requirements and inclusions

- For the body of your posting:
- Write a brief summary of the article or video that you selected.
- If it was successful: select 1 of the 5 human resource management functions (covered in Week 1). Identify how the local culture and customs might affect the way in which the function is performed in that market.
- five core functions: staffing, development, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations. Within each of these core functions, HR conducts a wide variety of activities.
- If it was unsuccessful: briefly identify the reason(s) for failure. Could the human resource managers in the situation have operated differently to provide the company with a better opportunity to succeed in the market? If so, how?
